Airport Competition Plan
The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) Competition plan outlines the Port of Seattle's processes and efforts to provide fair and equitable access to airport facilities for all existing and new carriers within posted agreements. The Port submitted its competition plan in June 2014. The FAA Approval Letter was dated July 31, 2018.

Passenger Facility Charge
Federal statute requires each airport sponsor to provide collecting air carriers a quarterly report of Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) revenue and expenditure activities. Rental Car Revenue Report
Rental car companies are required to pay the greater of 10% of gross sales or a guaranteed minimum to the Port of Seattle. The Rental Car Revenue Report lists the reported revenue and total revenue to the Port by rental car company. Please note, these records might not reflect recent adjustments.
